TCI REIMAGINING IN TENERA HOTEL SHARED TCI ACHIEVEMENTS AND CONSTRAINTS FOR 2018
On July 9th, 2018, Hj Amir has embarked on opening remarks in the TCI Reimagining session by sharing TCI achievements and constraints until 2018. He also presents a number of new formulas for exploring the action plans agreed upon by the management and the Board. As in previous years, Managing Director invites KETCI and KPPL to participate in “loop think-tank management” to ensure more integrated efforts can be optimized. New legislative & policy challenges, flexibility or opening of the cable industry can trap TCI if TCI is not ready. Haji Amir also stressed the role of all parties in strengthening their minds and minds for the right momentum.
Also briefing was Tn. Hj Megat Jalaluddin, Chief TNB Strategic Officer and En. Syed Abu Hanifah, Chief Procurement Officer of TNB. Both of these officials have envisioned the future challenges in terms of growth, the more flexible economic model and the choice of being a “price leader” is a must to keep on coming. Change levers such as technology, artificial technologies, smart factory, connectedness in the context of Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) and so on should be pursued as productivity and efficiency as well as cost of supply are the latest gaming business. This is because the user has different needs and is easy to change for the sake of the necessity and business.
